The Diet

My birthday is September 29th and my goal is to lose 20 pounds in the next 6 months.  I know you cannot lose weight by drinking wine and eating all the wonders found in Costco.  I am working on a designer 6 month experience that will end with good results.  I am going to try all my diets at one time.  When the diet experiement is complete I will have created  my own program.....we will see.



http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Stillman_dietI have been on a diet my entire life.  Today I have chosen Dr. Stillman's Water Diet.  It worked many years ago and if worked then, maybe it will work for the next few months.  It is windy and cold outside but bathing suit weather is coming and want to be ready.  Here's the plan:

  • Lean meats and fish and lots of water -
  • Current weight - heavy
  • water count -  3 glasses (need to drink 5 more)
  • Today's date 4/5/2010
  • Take vitamin
  • Take cholesterol pill
It is possible that this is not the best way to go, but it is very easy and I love chicken.....

Well, today I am adding to yesterday's Water Diet more water from the Fat Flush Diet. 
  • Yesterday went well.  
  • Drank all 8 glasses of water
  • Felt uncomfortable eating hamburger twice and need to get to the store for all my supplies.
  • Lost 1/2 a pound, probably just water.  :)
  • Today's date 4/6/10

Making great achievement on the two modified diet instructions. We laugh at all the water I am drinking plus the Psyllium Fiber water....which in my case is a glass of lovely orange flavored Metamucil before meals. I am not incorporating the hot lemon water part of the "Fat Flush" as acid is not my friend.
Have lost another pound. 18 more to go. :)
